1. Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, and both parties agree to submit to that jurisdiction. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
2. Account Registration & Security
To register with 399be, you must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh and at least 18 years of age. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at registration — accounts created with false information will be suspended immediately and all associated balances may be forfeited. Each user may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if proven, all accounts will be closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials, password, and verification codes strictly confidential. You should not share this information with any third party, and any activity resulting from such sharing is your own responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately. All 399be accounts must have their identity verified through KYC verification; withdrawals from unverified accounts may be restricted. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence for account verification.

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

Betting activities must be conducted for entirely legitimate purposes, based on the user's own knowledge and judgment. Any form of fraudulent activity, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or using bots or automated methods to place bets is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure upon detection. Using the 399be platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds is a criminal offence, and any such suspicion will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Users may not share their account with others, and placing bets on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized access to platform infrastructure, hacking, or attempts to disrupt services will result in legal action. Harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate conduct toward any 399be officer or employee will result in permanent removal from the platform.
List of Prohibited Activities:
- Placing bets on opposite outcomes in the same match across multiple accounts (arbitrage betting).
- Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the applicable bonus requirements.
- Operating an account under another person's identity.
- Deliberately exploiting technical glitches or errors on the platform.
- Any involvement in match-fixing or manipulation of results.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 399be are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits are accepted via several local payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100, and successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 to 15 minutes. Providing the correct reference number and amount at the time of deposit is mandatory; 399be will not be held responsible for any delays caused by incorrect information.
Your account must be fully verified to make a withdrawal, and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes, though verification or security reviews may take up to 24 hours. Winnings earned using bonus funds must meet the relevant wagering requirements before withdrawal. 399be reserves the right to hold any suspicious transaction and may request additional documentation regarding the source of funds if necessary.
- No processing fees are charged on deposits or withdrawals (third-party charges may apply).
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used on an account.
- If an account is closed, any valid balance will be returned; however, bonus funds will be forfeited.
- Any balance equivalent to a reversed or chargedback deposit will be deducted from the account.
5. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
399be provides its services on an "as-is" basis and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues. 399be shall not be held responsible for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events beyond its control. In any case, 399be's total liability shall not exceed the user's total deposits over the preceding 30 days.
All disputes or complaints must first be submitted to our customer support team, and we will endeavor to resolve them within 7 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached internally, either party may bring the matter before the appropriate courts in Bangladesh. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts. In the case of disputes regarding betting outcomes, 399be's server logs shall be considered conclusive evidence. Where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect payout, 399be reserves the right to recover any excess amount.
- Betting results are final once settled and cannot be changed; however, if a technical error is verified, a review may be conducted.
- If a connection is lost during live betting, the last confirmed bet will remain valid.
- Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident date.
- Accounts may be suspended in cases of false claims or harassing demands.
6. Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Changes to Terms
All content, logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other materials on the 399be platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 399be. Reproducing, distributing, publishing, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Users are granted the right to view platform content for personal and non-commercial purposes only; this does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use of 399be's trademarks or brand name will be subject to legal action.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, provided solely for your convenience. 399be bears no responsibility for third-party content, policies, or services, and accessing those websites is entirely at the user's own risk. - In the event of a legal dispute, the laws of Bangladesh and the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka shall apply.
- If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect.
- A delay in enforcing or a waiver of any term shall not be construed as a waiver of that term.
7. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
399be reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, if a user violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a threat to platform security. A suspended user will be unable to access the platform, and any ongoing bets will be settled at their last recorded state. If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, the verified balance will be returned within seven business days; bonus-related funds will remain forfeited.
Users may also close their account themselves by submitting a written request to the support team.
